Reviews and Ratings <br />
This resort offers breathtaking views of the Kanchanjunga mountain range and has spacious, well-lit rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful, making the stay enjoyable. However, the cleanliness in the restaurant and rooms needs some attention, and the dining options are strictly vegetarian, which could be limiting for some guests. Overall, it's a relaxing getaway with great service but a few improvements could elevate the experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the resort, enjoying the beautiful decor and the scenic views of the mountains. While the service was commendable, particularly by Aditi and Deepen, I did face some issues with amenities like the geyser and lighting in my room. The dining options in the buffet were somewhat limited, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would still recommend this place for a quieter getaway away from the main area.
My stay at the resort was delightful with its superb hospitality, especially from Aditi and Susmika. The library with its British era collection was a highlight for me. The only downside was the steep slope to the reception which can be challenging at times. Overall, a great experience for anyone looking to relax in Darjeeling.
My stay at the resort was wonderful, with an amazing view and a warm atmosphere. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly attentive, with special shout-outs to Sushant and Priya who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The dining offered delicious vegetarian food, although I do wish there were more options. Overall, it was a delightful experience, though being a vegetarian hotel means limited choices for some.
I had an incredible experience at this resort with stunning valley views and spacious rooms that provide a blend of modern comfort and heritage charm. The staff was exceptionally courteous and truly made an effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable. However, there were some hiccups with room availability and dining options that could be improved.
